Its a very competitive market out here in the South Bay, Steve is friendly, and profesional on his service, he will arrive early to an appointment, and take my clients -by the hand- on the frequently overlooked, yet crucial task of doing a HOME INSPECTION. full report on your desktop less than 24 hours after the inspection has been finished, I use his services as often as needed.
